About The Artist

Myah Freeman

Artist and creator, Myah Freeman, was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL. Growing up, she always had a unique gift for creating. Much of her art reflects her interest in the beauties and struggles of the Black community as well as her own ancestry and familial experiences. She uses the arts as a means of advocacy, education, and inspiration. Myah Freeman recently graduated from Florida State University where she earned her degree in the Bachelor of Fine Arts Program.


She is continuously working to expand her art business, MyahnArt, providing creative services and products to all.


My work is a way of remembering the struggles, honoring the strength, and revealing the royalty of Blackness.” – MyahnArt
